Making sack lunches has been hard for me. I haven’t packed a lunch for myself in almost a decade. My cooking style doesn’t do leftovers well, at least not ones that are simple to transport. I’ve been trying to make my lunches tempting enough that I am not swayed to go buy fast food. This sandwhich is made with Peg’s tender Thanksgiving Turkey leftovers and sports flourless (all sprouted grains) bread from Dave’s Killer Bread and sprouts I grew myself.

When I eat pasta, there’s no kidding around. I slow cooked the sauce with many sauteed veggies.
